米思米O型圈密封件截图
O型圈(O-rings)是一种截面为圆形的橡胶密封圈,因其截面为O型,故称其为O型密封圈,也叫O型圈。开始出现在19世纪中叶,当时用它作蒸汽机汽缸的元件。
O型密封圈适用于装在各种机械设备上,在规定的温度、压力、以及不同的液体和气体介质中,于静止或运动状态下起密封作用。
在机床、船舶、汽车、航空航天设备、冶金机械、化工机械、工程机械、建筑机械、矿山机械、石油机械、塑料机械、农业机械、以及各类仪器仪表上,大量应用着各种类型的密封元件。
O型密封圈主要用于静密封和往复运动密封。

本款O型圈主要有两种型号:
M-ORS 材料:丁腈橡胶(NBR-70) 适用温度范围:-30℃~80℃
M-ORP 材料:氟橡胶(FKM-75)适用温度范围:-15℃~200℃

开槽尺寸会直接影响到密封性能的好坏,具体开槽尺寸请参考目录上的推荐尺寸。
2、 O形圈能反复使用吗?
O形圈虽然具体弹性但是被压缩后都会产生一定的塑性变形量无法百分百恢复原状,但不影响密封性。由于有一定的塑性变形量,故模具修理保养时拆下后一般需更换新的O形圈。
